Not necessarily. Access depends on the permissions set by the manager. Members can be granted view-only, edit, or full administrative rights, ensuring data remains secure and properly distributed according to roles.
7. How is the shared quota distributed according to permissions?
The survey quota is managed automatically based on the active plan and the permissions assigned to each member. The manager can control each member’s access to surveys and determine who can create, publish, or manage forms, ensuring the quota is used in an organized and balanced manner.
8. Can the owner create and manage multiple teams?
Yes, the owner can create multiple groups within the organization and name each group according to the workflow. They can also rename any group or reorganize members within it at any time.Only available in Corporate package.
