Open the verification email

BSure sends a verification link right after sign-up. Check the promotions or spam folder if it is not in the inbox within two minutes.

Confirm your email

Click Activate account. The link is single-use and expires after 24 hours — request a new one from the login screen if needed.

Verify your mobile number

Enter the OTP code sent by SMS. A verified number is required for SMS distribution and account recovery.

Complete the onboarding profile

Choose your sector, team size and main use case. BSure uses this to recommend templates and question libraries.

Secure the account

Enable two-factor authentication from Settings → Security to protect responses that may contain personal data.
