Open the Share tab
Inside a published survey choose Share, then the SMS channel.

Upload your recipient list
Import numbers from Excel or CSV in international format, or paste them manually.

Write a short message
Keep the text under 160 characters, state the purpose and insert the survey link placeholder.

Personalise with metadata
Add fields such as name or reference number so each link is prefilled and traceable.

Send or schedule
Send immediately or schedule for a time when your audience is likely to respond.

Track results
The channel report shows delivered, opened and completed counts per recipient.
