Open team settings
Go to Settings → Team to see current members, pending invitations and seats remaining on your package.

Invite a member
Enter their email, pick a role and send. They receive an invitation valid for seven days.

Choose the right role
Admin manages billing and members, editor builds and publishes surveys, viewer only reads results.

Scope access per project
Assign members to specific projects so sensitive surveys stay visible only to the people who need them.

Review and revoke
Audit the member list periodically and remove people who left; their created surveys remain in the workspace.
