Open the Logic tab

Inside the survey builder switch to Logic to see the rule list and the flow of your questionnaire.

Create a display rule

Choose a trigger question, the condition (is, is not, greater than, contains) and the value that activates the rule.

Choose the action

Show or hide a question, skip to a page, jump to the end, or route to a specific thank-you message.

Combine conditions

Use AND to require several conditions together, OR to trigger on any one of them.

Test every branch

In preview, walk each path end to end to make sure no respondent hits a dead end.

Publish and monitor

After going live, check drop-off per page in analytics to spot logic that confuses respondents.
